Where to Stay:
The on-campus apartments offer a closer and more affordable living experience. Those who stay on-campus are just a short walk to classes in University Hall and will experience continued camaraderie shared throughout each day’s activities. Even after Institute classes and planned activities have ended, those in the dorms will have the opportunity to further network and establish bonds with their peers in an informal environment.
Each apartment has a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Please note that apartments do not come with basic hotel amenities, such as a TV, microwave, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, silverware, etc. Linen can be purchased for a one-time fee of $20.00 or you can provide your own (XL-twin bed).
Rates (per person, per night):
Single Occupancy: $121.00 (no roommates, but one or two potential suite mates in the other bedroom)
Double Occupancy: $60.50 (one roommate, and one or two potential suite mates in the other bedroom)
Linen: $20.00 (one-time fee) You are welcome to provide your own linen if you wish (XL-twin).
There is an additional 14% tax per night.

Check-in: Check-in will take place at the Conference and Event Services Office located in the Xavier building at LMU. Their office is open from 7:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m., with an overnight on-call staff who can get you checked-in, regardless of time upon your arrival. More specific details on this process will be provided after registering for lodging.
Check-out: Guests checking out on the final day of the program (Sunday, July 21, 2019) will have a check-out time of 2:00 p.m. Guests with extended stays will be required to check-out on any subsequent days at 11:00 a.m. Special accommodations must be coordinated with Kathryn Turner (Kathryn.Turner@LMU.edu) directly, and will be subject to availability.
Cancelation Policy: Guests wishing or needing to cancel their reservation must send an email to Kathryn Turner (Kathryn.Turner@LMU.edu) directly. A refund may be issued following the timeframe outline listed below:
- A 100% refund will be issued for reservations canceled up until fourteen calendar days prior to the guest’s scheduled arrival date.
- A 50% refund will be issued for reservations canceled up until seven calendar days prior to the guest’s scheduled arrival date.
- No refund will be given for reservations canceled within seven calendar days of the guest’s scheduled arrival date.
- The $50.00 registration fee (paid by the organization, not the guest) for each guest registered is non-refundable.
