The Commons Guest Apartments at Villanova University
Maximize your networking at Northeast Institute by taking advantage of the accommodations in the on-campus Guest Apartments in The Commons! The brand new apartments are located on the south side of Lancaster Avenue/Route 30, just across the street from Bartley Hall.
Registration for the on-campus apartments will be available in late February.

Getting to Villanova:
Philadelphia International Airport is a short 25-minute drive to Villanova via I-95S to I-476N. Taxi service and airport shuttles are available for about $60. The best ground transportation value from the airport to the University is to take the SEPTA R1 regional rail line from the airport to Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station and transfer to the R5 line on to the Villanova station, located on campus next to the West Campus apartments.
Take AMTRAK to the 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. Ask an attendant in the station to direct you to the SEPTA regional rail platform where you will take the R5 train to the Villanova Station, located on campus next to the West Campus Apartments.
