Where to Stay:
Northeast Institute will not have an official hotel block in 2022. Attendees are encouraged to select the hotel that best suits their desires and budget.
On-Campus Parking: Please note that complimentary parking is available with a permit on South Campus in the I-2 lot and on West Campus in the W-2 lot. Those staying on-campus should receive a permit with their registration materials. Those staying off campus can request a permit with the Institute office at iom@uschamber.com. Hard copies of the permit will also be available on-site at registration. Parking in the Ithan Garage (lot I-1) is available for a fee. Please click here for rates and additional information.
The Commons Guest Apartments at Villanova University
We are excited to be on the South Campus in the Commons Guest Apartments, located just across the street from Bartley Hall.
Rates: All rates are per person, per night and include the required 9% state and local occupancy tax.
– Single apartment, Single occupancy of any whole apartment: $104.00
– 2-bedroom apartment, Single occupancy in each bedroom: $72.00
For Reservations: Make your reservation online by clicking here. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted with online registrations. Full payment for the duration of stay is required at the time of registration to complete your reservation. Check payments are no longer accepted.
Cutoff Date: Online housing registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and there will be a limited number of apartments available in 2022. Registrations are accepted until the registration deadline (July 10, 2022) or until all available housing spots have been filled, whichever comes first.
Check-In: If you make a reservation to arrive on Saturday, July 30, 2022 (available on a limited first-come, first-served basis while noted here), your housing check-in will take place from 2pm to 9pm at the Conference Service Desk in Galberry Hall, located on Lancaster Avenue near Villanova Stadium. If you make a reservation to arrive on Sunday, July 31st, 2022, your housing check-in will take place from 2pm to 5pm in Chapter/Dobbin Hall in The Commons on Lancaster Avenue.
Check-out: No formal housing check-out is required. For guests departing on Thursday, August 4, 2022, all apartments must be vacated by 1:30pm. For guests departing on Friday, August 5, 2022, all apartments must be vacated by 11am.
Getting to Villanova:
By Plane
Philadelphia International Airport is a short 25-minute drive to Villanova via I-95S to I-476N. Taxi service and airport shuttles are available for about $60. The best ground transportation value from the airport to the University is to take the SEPTA R1 regional rail line from the airport to Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station and transfer to the R5 line on to the Villanova station, located on campus next to the West Campus apartments.
By Train
Take AMTRAK to the 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. Ask an attendant in the station to direct you to the SEPTA regional rail platform where you will take the R5 train to the Villanova Station, located on campus next to the West Campus Apartments.
By Automobile

Please note: Participants must attend all classes to receive full credit toward their IOM. Please be sure that your flight arrangements provide adequate time for you to complete classes through Thursday at 11:30 a.m., as well as accommodate travel to the airport.
