Madeline is a fourth-year college student at Smith College in Massachusetts. During the summer of 2014, Madeline worked as an intern with Institute for Organization Management. As an intern, she contributed content to Institute's social media outlets, worked with Institute's database, and supported the Institute team handling pre-site and post-site logistics.
