Where to Stay

The West Campus Guest Apartments at Villanova University
Maximize your networking at Northeast Institute by taking advantage of the accommodations at the West Campus Guest Apartments! The apartments are a 10-minute walk to classes in Bartley Hall. The air-conditioned apartments have 2 or 4 bedrooms (including 2 sinks and water closets) and are completely furnished with a living room, dining room, and kitchen (utensils are not included). Towels and bedding are provided, however there is no daily housekeeping. Apartment living includes the following complimentary amenities: parking, access to the campus fitness center and access to library. There is free high-speed wireless Internet service, so bring your laptop and stay in touch. Campus apartments even have cable access, so feel free to bring your TV. You can even choose between a social or quiet building to get the most out of your downtime!

Rates (per person, per night): 
Single occupancy in an entire apartment is $109.00 per night.  A two-bedroom apartment with 1.5 or 2 baths, single occupancy in each bedroom, is $68.00 per person, per night.  A four-bedroom apartment with 2 baths, single occupancy in each bedroom, is $56.00 per person, per night.  In-room housekeeping services are not provided during the term of stay.  There is an additional 9% tax (state and local occupancy taxes) on all housing accommodations, regardless of tax exemption status.

Cutoff Date: July 12, 2013

Check-In: 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 28, 2013 in Jackson Hall on West Campus. Saturday check-in, 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., is available with advanced registration only at the Conference Service Desk in Galberry Hall near Villanova Stadium.
Checkout: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 1, 2013 in Jackson Hall on West Campus. Friday checkout from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. is available in Jackson Hall on West Campus with advance reservation only.

The Radnor Hotel
The Radnor Hotel, located just 1 mile from Villanova University, provides standard business amenities. Free parking is available at the hotel and shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and Villanova University.

Single or Double Occupancy: $145.00
Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at time of check-in.

Getting to Villanova

By Plane
Philadelphia International Airport is a short 25-minute drive to Villanova via I-95S to I-476N. Taxi service and airport shuttles are available for about $60. The best ground transportation value from the airport to the University is to take the SEPTA R1 regional rail line from the airport to Philadelphia's 30th Street Station and transfer to the R5 line on to the Villanova station, located on campus next to the West Campus apartments. 

By Train
Take AMTRAK to the 30th Street Station in Philadelphia.  Ask an attendant in the station to direct you to the SEPTA regional rail platform where you will take the R5 train to the Villanova Station, located on campus next to the West Campus Apartments.

By Automobile
